NM Office of Natural Resources Trustee seeking restoration project proposals for the $10 million Gold King Mine spill settlement
Natural Resources Trustee Maggie Hart Stebbins extended the deadline for restoration project proposals for the $10 million Gold King Mine U.S. Environmental Protection Agency settlement. The extension is to Friday, October 28th at 5:00 PM (MST). Proposals received after 5:00pm may not be considered.

The Office of Natural Resources Trustee will host an optional webinar on August 24th, 2022, from 3:00-4:30 pm for project proponents. Registration is required. Project proposals are due on September 30th, 2022.
